Does It Depend on Your Skin Concerns?

As is so often the case, yes. The number of ClearLift sessions you need can definitely depend on your main concerns.

Some skin concerns such as hyperpigmentation can be more difficult to treat and require more sessions in total.

In the same vein how advanced your concerns are will impact how many sessions you need. For example, deeper lines and wrinkles will need more ClearLift laser sessions than shallower ones.

How Many ClearLift Laser Sessions Will You Need?

So, the number of ClearLift sessions you'll need depends on your concerns. But what can you expect for each skin concern? If any of these skin concerns below sound familiar, it's possible that ClearLift could be the right treatment for you!

Anti-Ageing and Lifting

Anti-ageing; lifting and plumping the skin is one of the main benefits of your ClearLift laser treatment.

You'll be recommended a course of 3 ClearLift laser treatments for mild signs of ageing. This can be lines and wrinkles that aren't particularly deep. For deeper lines and wrinkles that are quite set, however, you may be recommended a course of 5 or 6 ClearLift laser treatments.

When it comes to slightly loose and dull skin you'll also likely need 5 or 6 sessions, but you could need more, or a different treatment altogether.

Hyperpigmentation/Skin Discolouration

Hyperpigmentation and skin discolouration can be a little more stubborn to treat.

Usually combining peels with ClearLift is a great option, and you could notice a significant improvement from even just one session.

Your peel will bring pigment closer to the surface of your skin, and the ClearLift laser will break it down. Of course, it depends on the severity of your hyperpigmentation, but 3-6 sessions of a peel and laser is a good range to expect!

Melasma

Unfortunately, Melasma is not something that you can cure. While you can't get rid of it, you certainly can manage it.

You'll benefit from a significant reduction in the appearance of melasma with repeated ClearLift sessions, every 2 weeks. You'll be able to reduce treatment frequency over time, but having the treatment itself is a permanent fixture until a cure for melasma is found.

Keep in mind that you need to be very careful of the sun. Overexposure to the sun, even while under a course of treatment, can significantly worsen the appearance of melasma.

All Round Rejuvenation

If there's not one skin concern you're looking to treat and would rather just improve all aspects of your skin, you're in luck. Not only is ClearLift laser great for that, but it's also pretty quick and easy too.

After a course of 3-5 sessions, you'll notice a significant change in your appearance, with an improvement after every visit.

So there you have it; how many sessions of ClearLift laser you need, your natural stop before or after how often you should have ClearLift laser. While these numbers are good estimates, it's hard to have a good idea of how many treatments you need without seeing you. Use them as guidelines, but you may learn in your consultation that you need more or fewer sessions than we've listed above.
